The device works automatically and features a build-in counter showing the duration of a therapy session on the control panel. The chamber for CO2/O3 baths is equipped with an innovative control system enabling adjustment of therapy parameters, such as temperature, dose of therapeutic gas and duration. When the the sound signal indicates its end. therapeutic session is completed, the chamber is automatically emptied of gas and the sound signal indicates its end.

Carbon dioxide baths are intended for patients who due to certain diseases cannot undergo rehabilitation with standard carbonic-acid baths involving additional patient load with hydrostatic pressure. Dry therapeutic sessions disallowing application of carbonic-acid baths causing excessive thermal and hydrostatic load. 'Dry' CO2 baths do not require taking off outer clothes. They can also replace 'wet' baths for patients with reduced mobility as they provide better access to the therapeutic equipment.

Ozone baths

Ozone used for therapeutic applications is not pure gas. It usually consists of ozone and oxygen or ozone and air mixtures. For over a hundred years ozone has been used in medicine as sterilising and disinfecting agent, as well as substance improving cellular metabolism by providing tissues with increased oxygen supply. Ozone and oxygen mixture improves peripheral blood circulation in lower limbs, increases oxidation of ischemic tissues, possesses anticoagulant and antiatherosclerotic properties and serves as a disinfectant for wounds and ulcers. When applied in higher concentrations, it destroys bacteria and viruses, whereas in lower, it stimulates healing of wounds, burns, ulcers and bedsores. It is also characterised by immunostimulating properties.
